I was able to sell my client Karen's home in under a week. It was her first rental property and she wanted to make sure that the sales process went smoothly. In order to sell her home there were a few things we had to do.
The first step was to ensure that her home was priced competitively and just under buyer's lending approval points. Using Realtor software I was able to price her home correctly. I knew that most buyers were going to come under the $100,000 range and the house was near that value, so we listed it aggressively at $94,900.
Next, I walked the home and gave Karen recommendations on what she should do to get the most value out of her home. This is something that I recommend everyone do before selling their home. There are three factors that are going to get your Toledo home sold: location, price and condition, but there is one other key factor to selling your home at the best price possible.
